Perfect getaway vibes!

We had an amazing time! The breakfast was so good, especially the local cheeses. The spa was super chill, and the staff were really friendly. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in the room. Overall, a lovely stay!

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel with our child. The heated ski storage basement was fantastic and made it easy for us to hit the slopes each day. Daily info evenings with ski instructors provided useful insights that helped make the most out of our winter holiday.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a heated pool made it less enjoyable for kids to unwind after a long day of skiing.

Inconsistent shower temperatures need addressing for comfort!!! Cold pool and jacuzzi temperatures left many feeling disappointed!!! Clearer guidance on sauna etiquette would greatly enhance the relaxation experience!!!

We had a great time during our stay. The food was good, with the same table every day making it feel comfortable. The staff handled the dinner service well, even when they had to change plans last minute. I appreciated the relaxing environment and enjoyed spending time playing cards in the bar area before dinner. As a single traveler, I valued the attention to detail in service during my visit.

I had an amazing stay! The heated swimming pool was a true highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day skiing. The only issue was the small ski room, which got crowded in the mornings. 😊

Each morning felt like a feast, with delectable options ranging from fresh pastries to hearty omelets. We felt pampered as we dined with the beautiful mountains in view.

Unfortunately, our room felt a bit cramped, and we missed out on an upgrade despite our extended stay. The bathroom could have used a facelift as well.

My upgraded Junior Suite was a spacious modern retreat, really perfect for unwinding after my first ski adventures. The attentive staff learned my name and breakfast order, making every morning feel special and personal🥰.

This place was a good match for a trip in Zell am See with all in all brilliant value for money. The rooms are clean, warm, and functional, which made our stay comfortable. Make sure to explore the spa-pool facilities for a nice relaxation time.
